Nimue – Keep On Exploring
November 26, 2006
This is a pic I’ve taken of Nimue, my beloved kitty daughter as I call her. She was very curious of the balcony of our new apartment this summer, but knowing how reckless she can be, I never let her our without parental supervision. I couldn’t go on the balcony for a minute without her sticking her paws to the door’s window and going “MEOW!!!” on and on until I let her out.
News
November 26, 2006
I just left deviantart and decided to re-open this blog so I could communicate and give news of myself to those who live far from me. I’ll also be using it with my flickr account.
So, news from me….
I had gotten a job this summer in a small restaurant/pub/cafe for all the hip people in town, by the end of september, I was offered a job in a photography studio in a Zellers, the salary was much much better, hours too and it was in my “area of expertise”. I told the boss at the Cafe that I would be leaving, told her why. I finished working there by mid-october. The guy that represented the company that managed the studio (they manage all Zellers studios across Canada) told me they’d want it open by october’s second, but it took a bit longer because, as I was told when I called him a few times, that since they had to equip all the studio anew with digital photo equipment, it would take a bit longer. We’re now by the end of november and it’s still not opened. Last time I had news (I had called them, they never called me to update me, which was pretty unprofessional), the board of directors would be deciding if they opened the studio before or after christmas. I was never called back and since the studio still isn’t opened, I can assume they decided to open it after christmas. I got a work in a grocery for two weeks, then I began working (and still am working) in a candle shop, which is very active before the holidays.
So, this is it for now, I’ll soon be posting news about Am’s exhibition and some of my personal pics.
